Design Objectives

Transform the ballroom space while maintaining accessibility and minimizing the audiovisual equipment footprint.

Seamlessly integrate the client's GLM branding (colors, logos) into lighting design, scenic elements, and fixtures.

Event Challenges

The asymmetrical ballroom layout required an off-center staging approach to maintain clear sightlines for attendees.

Structural video and lighting equipment were discreetly incorporated into scenic design elements to enhance aesthetics without compromising functionality.
